RECALL OF 3 MO TOYS
Dear Valued Consumer:
In an effort to be consistent with Earth Friendly LLC’s commitment to consumer safety we are taking this opportunity to communicate the details of our voluntarily recall.
This is limited to three MO Toys based on recent consumer testing.
Please note that all Earth Friendly toys are imported only after ASTM certification, we recently found that three toys did not pass certain CPSC tests after manufacture. MO Toys is currently addressing these issues within their quality control process.
Cubby: The ears on some of the toys may come off after use and abuse testing. Replacement heads are currently being shipped and all the new replacement heads have been tested to ensure that Cubby’s ear glue exceeds any use and abuse testing. To err on the safe side we request all customers to return the heads for a replacement.
Moee: It is possible for some of the toys to break into parts on repeated dropping; these parts can then pose a choking hazard. Please return these toys for a replacement or full refund.
Bell Rattle: The handle on some of these toys fails a voluntary test for projections. Please return these toys for replacement or full refund.
Earth Friendly LLC is paying for all shipping during this voluntary recall.
